Kids Programs at The Outpost Training Centre (for ages 6-13)

 Tues, Wed & Thurs 6-7pm Learn self-defense skills with our professional Jiu-jitsu classes. Girls and boys will learn valuable skills, in this fun and confidence building class. Occasionally we have guest instructors drop in on Wednesdays and they will provide introductions to other martial art styles.
