Tues & Thurs 7-8pm  

Experience a high-intensity kickboxing/Muay Thai workout led by certified instructors. Improve your strength, endurance, and agility while learning self-defense techniques in a supportive environment.

Experience the art of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu with our professional classes. Improve your fitness, discipline, and self-defense skills in a supportive and challenging environment. Membership includes free kickboxing lessons.
