Classes run ONGOING- we do not cancel classes.
Learn self-defense skills with our professional Jiu-jitsu classes. Girls and boys will learn valuable skills, in this fun and confidence building class. Some Wednesdays during the fall, guest instructors will provide intros to other martial arts.
Price: $120/month

This course will equip girls and women with practical skills and techniques to protect themselves in various threatening situations. The classes, taught by expert instructors, will incorporate martial arts like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Karate and Muay Thai, emphasizing mindset, situational awareness, and realistic scenarios.
Price: $60 for 6 weeks
Starts January 2027
Ages 7-12: Mondays 4:30-5:30pm
Participants will be exposed to the basics of traditional karate. No gi needed to start.
Price: $90/session. Jan- April 2027 discount for additional family members
